At MADEUNIQ, each piece is made with intention and crafted to represent individuality and quality. Because all of our items are made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience an issue with print quality or a production defect, please reach out to us at madeuniq.offical@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will review your case and contact our print provider to see what solution is available, which may include a replacement or reprint where applicable.
